DNN Email field errors when registering a new user.

The DNN email field can not contain emails like my-home@myip because it doesn't like the - before the @.  It has no issue with a - after the @.

Temporarily I fixed this error by adding the users with a fake email with the registration and then manually changing it in the db to include the -.  However this is only a band aid.
